Description
Point72 is seeking a senior AI/ML engineering leader to design, develop, and operate scalable enterprise-grade AI/ML and GenAI systems, including LLM inference, model serving, and proxy/gateway layers. The role leads and mentors engineers, partners with data scientists, product, and compliance teams, and owns engineering practices for observability, scalability, security, cost efficiency, and AI/ML compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of software/AI/ML engineering experience, and expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
