LexisNexis Legal & Professional is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer Lead to design, build, and operate scalable AI/ML systems and agentic architectures for legal research and analytics products. The role leads a team of 4–5 ML engineers, provides architectural and code-level guidance, establishes ML engineering practices, and oversees distributed systems, LLM serving, retrieval, reasoning, safety, evaluation, CI/CD, and responsible AI compliance. Candidates need 8–10 years of machine learning or software engineering experience, 2–3 years of people management experience, and production ML deployment experience; the U.S. base-pay range is $115,400–$192,300, with an annual incentive bonus.
