Machine Learning Engineer - LLMs at Hadrian

Hadrian is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the machine learning lifecycle for language models that understand and reason about manufacturing data packages. The role involves fine-tuning and deploying models for document classification, information extraction, table parsing, and multi-page reasoning; building annotation and active-learning tooling; developing evaluation frameworks; and contributing to the AI platform roadmap. Candidates should have 5–8 years of AI/ML experience, including at least 2 years with large language models, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and production deployment experience.
