GCS is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and optimize AI-based object detection and sensor-fusion algorithms for multi-sensor detection systems. The role combines machine learning, embedded software, and sensor technology, including real-time system integration, sensor-data analysis, model evaluation, field testing, and collaboration with software, systems, and test engineering teams. The position is based at the company's production site in Stockach, Germany, and requires a relevant degree, machine learning or AI software development experience, Python and C/C++ programming, embedded software and Linux experience, German and English fluency, and willingness to travel.
