Hadrian is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the machine learning lifecycle for vision-language models that understand manufacturing drawings and design intent. The role involves developing multimodal models, annotation and active-learning tooling, synthetic data augmentation, evaluation frameworks, and production model deployment, while collaborating with the core engineering and machine learning teams. Candidates should have 5–8 years of professional deep learning experience, including at least 2 years with multimodal image-and-text models, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and production deployment experience; a master's or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
