Description
The Machine Learning Engineer will develop on-device control systems that manage power and energy tradeoffs on Apple devices. The role involves analyzing raw device logs and field data, modeling device power and energy dynamics, developing and evaluating machine learning and control systems, and prototyping end-to-end solutions from data analysis through deployment on constrained hardware. The position requires a quantitative degree or relevant experience, expertise in model predictive control, optimal control, or reinforcement learning, strong Python skills, and experience working with raw sensor or log data.
