Brain Co. is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer, Platform to build and own shared machine-learning capabilities across its AI-native operating systems. The role focuses on document extraction, foundation models for construction documents, model routing, unified evaluation, composite AI systems, and continuous improvement through production feedback. The engineer will translate project-pod needs into reusable platform capabilities, work with LLMs, agentic systems, fine-tuning, and reasoning, and ensure accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability in production environments.
