The Specialized Analytics Analyst will apply data science, machine learning, and Generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems in banking and financial services. The role involves analyzing large datasets, developing analytical frameworks, designing and deploying machine learning models, building ETL/ELT pipelines, and collaborating with business, product, operations, technology, and data teams to deliver scalable, measurable solutions. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline, 3–5 years of relevant experience, production-grade AI deployment experience, and strong Python, SQL, PySpark, and machine learning skills.
