Description
The AI Studio is hiring an ML Engineer focused on LLMs, agents, and reinforcement learning to build training, evaluation, and tooling systems for AI decision-making products. The role involves designing and fine-tuning LLM-powered agent environments, developing reward functions and models, analyzing LLM traces and rollouts, improving feedback loops, building evaluation and data pipelines, and developing tooling for AI workflow development and deployment. The position requires RL training experience with LLMs, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and the ability to balance research exploration with shipping production code.
