Machine Learning Engineering Manager at Signifyd

Signifyd is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a machine learning team within the Signifyd AI Lab (SAIL), which develops fraud and risk decision models for e-commerce transactions. The manager will grow and mentor a geographically distributed team, manage conflicts and career development, oversee a portfolio of uncertain ML experiments, balance research bets with delivery commitments, enforce rigorous offline and rolling evaluations, guide release delivery, partner with Risk and infrastructure teams, and communicate results to engineering and business leadership. The role requires roughly 5+ years in machine learning, data science, or adjacent software engineering, including at least 3 years of people management, with depth in engineering and applied statistics.
