Description
The role leads two teams of 4–6 ML engineers and mathematicians covering MOBA and FPS esports verticals, overseeing staffing, performance, technical strategy, AI-tooling, MLOps, model validation, and agile delivery. It requires a hands-on ML engineer background of at least four years and team leadership experience of at least three years, with betting, quantitative finance, trading, or sports analytics experience preferred. The position is available for remote or hybrid work and is based in Prague.
