Machine Learning Hardware Architect - Silicon at Meta

Meta’s Reality Labs Silicon team is hiring a senior hardware architect to lead the design of low-power machine learning accelerators for AR/VR SoCs. The role coordinates with hardware, software, and research teams, drives architecture through product, optimizes compute, bandwidth, and power, and guides concepts from prototype to high-volume consumer products. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of production silicon hardware or silicon architecture experience, including machine learning IP, digital design, RTL, and hardware-software partitioning.
