The role requires an associate's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, at least six years of engineering-lab experience, six years of soldering and rework experience, schematic and PCB-layout knowledge, inventory and procurement skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of $136,900 to $185,200 annually.
