Description
Social Discovery Group is hiring a full-time Machine Learning Lead to own the strategy and delivery of dialogue-system machine learning, including LLM post-training, model adaptation, agent harnesses, evaluation, and dialogue failure reduction. The role leads 3–5 ML engineers, requires a technical degree and hands-on ML engineering experience, and calls for expert Python, transformer and LLM knowledge, production LLM-system experience, and fluent Russian.
