Description
Apple is hiring a hands-on Python engineer to build and operate an evaluation platform for generative AI and agent systems. The role owns APIs, SDKs, orchestration components, evaluation runners, and productionized ML research services; partners with research, model, serving, product, infrastructure, and data teams; and takes ownership of testing, CI, metrics, and production reliability. The position requires 4–8 years of software engineering experience, strong Python and FastAPI/Pydantic skills, familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic LLM systems, hands-on evaluation experience, and solid engineering fundamentals.
