Description
Seqera is hiring a Research Engineer to build and improve an autonomous research engine on the Seqera Platform. The role owns the evaluation suite, converts real-world deployment data into training-ready corpora, post-trains small open-weight models using SFT, preference tuning, adapters, and other techniques, runs repeated training cycles, and sets the roadmap for new capabilities. The position is in-office in Barcelona and requires Python, PyTorch, transformers, TRL, PEFT, and vLLM or equivalent experience, along with prior post-training and model-retraining work.
