Description
The Embedded Machine Learning and Robotics Researcher will support an AI research team at STMicroelectronics SRA on embedded machine learning and robotics projects under direct supervision. Responsibilities include optimizing and deploying machine learning models for resource-constrained STM32 microcontrollers and MPUs, supporting ROS2-based robotics simulation and integration, building automated model-training, quantization, validation, and deployment pipelines, and preparing benchmark results, technical documentation, and publication materials. The role requires a master's degree in a relevant engineering field, Python programming, C/C++ knowledge, familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Linux and Git experience, basic embedded systems or IoT knowledge, and English business proficiency.
