Machine Learning Scientist at Iambic Therapeutics

Iambic Therapeutics is hiring a Machine Learning Scientist for its Discovery Machine Learning group to apply advanced machine learning techniques to drug discovery. The role focuses on training, fine-tuning, and evaluating models such as Enchant, a multimodal transformer for predicting drug-target interactions and molecular properties, and collaborating with computational chemists, medicinal chemists, biologists, and other discovery teams. The position is based at Iambic’s San Diego headquarters and requires a PhD or equivalent degree in chemistry or another physical science, at least three years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Python, statistics, and drug discovery.
