Description
Rippling is hiring a Machine Learning Engineering Intern to join its Machine Learning Team for a 13-week summer internship in Summer 2027, from May/June through August/September. The intern will translate product needs into mathematical models, train models, ship them to production, design scalable machine learning pipelines, work with data engineers on data preprocessing, and apply current machine learning research to improve Rippling products. The role requires current enrollment in a computer science or related M.Sc. or Ph.D. program, strong backend programming skills, and familiarity with Python, PySpark, and PyTorch; LLM experience is an additional qualification. Interns will be based in San Francisco or New York.
