Description

Autodesk is hiring a Machine Learning Technical Lead in Novi Sad to lead the development and deployment of AI solutions for Autodesk Flow Studio. The role manages and mentors data scientists and machine learning engineers, oversees ML model strategy, pipelines, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI practices, and collaborates with product, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams. Candidates need production ML experience, expertise in deep learning and related areas, strong Python and ML infrastructure skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Previous experience as a Machine Learning Technical Lead, ML Engineer, or Data Science Manager with a strong track record of developing and deploying ML models in production.
Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
Experience architecting and optimizing ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Experience managing recruitment, training, and mentorship of ML engineers and data scientists.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with real-time AI applications in media production, computer graphics, Unreal Engine, Maya, or Blender for AI-driven VFX workflows.
