G-Research is hiring an ML Workflows Engineer to build and mature machine learning research and deployment pipelines. The role focuses on greenfield solutions for feature and model stores, versioning, model serving, CI/CD, complex job dependencies, production validation, and monitoring. Candidates should have industry experience, strong software engineering and MLOps skills, collaborative and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to own solutions end to end; finance experience is not required.
