Responsible for ensuring the reliability of centered maintenance and repairs, proactively working to maximize equipment uptime, and responding urgently to troubleshoot and repair outages to minimize downtime. The role also involves maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring safe equipment operation, conducting routine safety inspections, and adhering to OSHA and company safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, especially in electronics and electrical panels, and experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
