TURBOCAM is hiring a Machine Maintenance Director to lead a 25-person maintenance organization supporting eight United States manufacturing sites. The role oversees site maintenance managers and staff responsible for installing, maintaining, retrofitting, specifying, procuring, and commissioning largely CNC production equipment. It establishes maintenance strategy, staffing, training, performance metrics, parts inventory practices, modernization initiatives, vendor and OEM relationships, financial and repair-versus-replace analysis, and cross-functional support with engineering, production, facilities, automation, IT, and finance. The position requires a technical engineering degree, 10 years of leadership or supervisory experience, broad mechanical and electrical competence, strong financial and communication skills, and preferably five years of CNC or similarly complex machine maintenance experience.
