Description
The Maintenance Mechanic III independently troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs production packaging machinery while supporting continuous improvement, equipment validation, and cross-functional work with production and engineering teams. The role provides guidance to lower-level mechanics, partners with manufacturers and vendors, maintains GMP and food-safety compliance, and may serve as a backup Maintenance Lead. It is an onsite position in Sebastopol, California, with flexible office hours and occasional Saturdays.
