The Industrial Maintenance Planner evaluates non-emergency work requests, develops job scopes, estimates labor and resources, verifies parts availability, maintains prioritized work-order backlogs, creates weekly technician schedules, coordinates with production, and improves maintenance planning through metrics and CMMS training. The role requires an associate degree in a technical field plus either 1–3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician, along with industrial manufacturing, electrical/mechanical aptitude, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, and communication skills. The position offers a salary of $81,790.93–$104,603.38 USD and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
