Description
The Production Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance on production machinery, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, repairs equipment, reads technical diagrams, maintains CMMS records, orders parts, and follows food-production safety protocols. The role requires strong mechanical maintenance knowledge, electrical troubleshooting skills, basic computer literacy, and availability for overnight third-shift work; PLC experience, welding, and stainless-steel fabrication are preferred.
