ICP Group is hiring a 1st Shift Manufacturing Associate / Machine-Mill Operator for its Seaford, Delaware manufacturing plant. The role involves setting up and monitoring equipment, operating filler lines, maintaining housekeeping and safety compliance, handling packaging setup and cleanup, tracking lot numbers and production counts, and supporting general labor and training tasks as needed. The position is full time, mid level, on-site in a plant environment, pays $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, and requires familiarity with SOPs, lockout/tagout, hazard communication, and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
