The Machine Operative will work at the Belper site in the Packaging division, operating machinery that produces corrugated packaging for FMCG, pharmaceutical, electronics, and industrial customers. The role follows a three-shift pattern, requires adherence to health and safety procedures, and includes meeting productivity and quality targets, performing maintenance and cleaning, and supporting improvement initiatives.
