Description
The Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine will run production lines, conduct system setups and calibration, meet orders, maintain compliance, and improve equipment effectiveness while reducing waste, downtime, and giveaway. The role is fast-paced, physically active, and requires working in a production environment with varying temperatures; shifts are 6am–6pm, 6am–2pm, or 2pm–10pm, with some weekends. Previous production experience with machinery is preferred, along with strong communication, teamwork, concentration, and physical activity skills.
