Description
Standex International is hiring Machine Operators for its automotive interior soft-trim and plastic injection molding facility. The role involves operating and monitoring injection molding and automated soft-trim equipment, performing start-ups, shutdowns, adjustments, part removal, trimming, and secondary operations, conducting visual and dimensional inspections, documenting production and quality data, and maintaining safe, clean workstations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with robotic and molding equipment; 2–3 years of automotive manufacturing or injection molding experience is valued. Openings are available on the first shift starting February, second shift starting March or April, and third shift starting April or May.
