Red Diamond is hiring a First Shift Machine Operator in Moody, Alabama, to set up and operate high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines, perform quality checks, replenish materials, maintain a clean and safe work area, assemble and label boxes, and support other production tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent or relevant machine operator experience, consistent reliability, attention to quality, the ability to work at a fast pace, and the ability to stand for extended periods. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime.
