Description
KIK is hiring a Machine Operator for its 1st Shift, working Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with weekends as needed. The role operates and monitors high-speed filling and packaging equipment, including fillers, case packers, cappers, sealers, palletizers, and labelers; performs start-up, shutdown, speed adjustments, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and production records; and coordinates with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, reliable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a noisy environment. The base hourly rate is $18.54, with health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and education benefits.
