Description
Machine Operator 1 at Waters (through the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business combination) performs basic supervised operational tasks in a manufacturing environment, including packaging kits, cleaning, simple in-process quality checks, routine paperwork, basic machine operations, limited machine setup and troubleshooting, and compliance with GMP, housekeeping, and safety policies. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions. The position is on-site in Mebane, North Carolina, on first shift.
