Stratas Foods is hiring a Machine Operator for a Monday–Friday 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. shift with some weekend work and overtime. The role operates packaging lines, maintains and troubleshoots equipment, handles packaging materials and product, performs cleaning and reassembly, and follows food-safety, GMP, and chemical-handling procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant manufacturing experience, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
