AriensCo is hiring a 1st shift Machine Operator for a Monday–Thursday, four-day schedule from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The role involves safely operating machines and tools, verifying parts with gauges, completing production paperwork, performing TPM tasks, interpreting blueprints, and assisting with production goals. Applicants must have blueprint-reading knowledge, be able to stand for eight or more hours, position parts with their hands, lift up to 35 pounds, wear required personal protective equipment, and work as part of a team. The position pays $20 per hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus and requires U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
