Description
Crown Bakeries is hiring a Machine Operator at its Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin worksite to operate bakery-pastry machinery and downstream equipment, including ovens, mixers, proofers, laminators, boilers, slicers, packaging, and bagging machines. The role monitors continuous product flow, adjusts PLC and control-panel settings, performs troubleshooting and speed adjustments, documents production metrics, supports changeovers and preventative maintenance, and follows food-safety, GMP, and quality procedures. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekend work, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to work in noisy, wet, cold, and hot environments.
