Description
Flexco is hiring a Pin Machine Operator in Grand Rapids to operate and maintain machines in the Pin Department, process incoming pin orders, inspect parts, maintain quality standards, write order tags, plan small projects, and participate in continuous improvement. The role is first shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and requires a high school degree or equivalent, multitasking skills, hand and small power tool experience, and 0–2 years of machine shop or assembly experience. Starting compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance on day one and other benefits.
