Description
The Machine Operator will set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to manufacture high-quality dental instruments, while monitoring product quality, maintaining documentation and lean practices, troubleshooting minor issues, and following safety and work-instruction requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, the ability to interpret written instructions and use measuring instruments, and strong communication skills; one or more years of machine-operating experience is preferred. The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and includes healthcare, vision, dental, bonus, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
