Description
The Machine Operator- 1st Shift operates and monitors manufacturing, packaging, and process-control equipment to maintain continuous production, produces parts according to schedule, performs in-process inspections, adjusts machine settings and tooling, and reports quality and production data. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, with manufacturing equipment experience preferred, and involves physical work in a production environment with heat, noise, vibration, and safety hazards.
