United Direct Solutions is hiring a full-time 1st Shift Machine Operator for its Louisville, Kentucky facility. The role operates mailing equipment, converts post-press product into finished product, sets up equipment, performs quality checks, retrieves supplies, inspects equipment, and completes general maintenance. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions; one year of mail equipment experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed, and the work is in person. Pay is from $20.00 and up, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
