Fisher Barton is hiring a Machine Operator (Mill Form Press Operator) to operate, set up, program, maintain, and troubleshoot presses, mills, and auto-forming machines in a manufacturing environment. The role includes loading blanks, performing hot or cold forming and milling operations, measuring and inspecting parts, maintaining equipment, and training Level 1 team members. The position is based at Fisher Barton Blades in Watertown, Wisconsin, on the second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime availability. Required qualifications include basic math and computer skills, one year of machine operating experience or successful performance as a Fisher Barton Machine Operator 1 team member, and proficiency in Machine Operator 2 skills; a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of machine operating experience are preferred.
