Machine Operator, 2 Shifts at Randstad

Soudal is hiring a Machine Operator in its Turnhout factory to operate production and packaging lines for glue and sealant. The role involves setting up equipment, monitoring pressure and speed, checking packaging quality, cleaning and lubricating machinery, and resolving minor technical issues. It is a permanent position in a two-shift system, with a base salary of €18.26 gross per hour and shift premiums of at least €19.68 gross per hour. Applicants should live in the Kempen region, have their own transport, speak Dutch, and be willing to learn; prior factory or chemical-sector experience is an advantage but not required.
