Eaton is hiring a Machine Operator - 2nd Shift for its Highland, Illinois facility. The role operates and sets up production machinery, reads blueprints and shop orders, checks dimensions with measuring tools, and maintains safety, quality, production quotas, and product-movement documentation. The position works Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime potentially mandatory, and pays $24.87 per hour plus a $0.50 shift premium.
