Description
The Machine Operator will set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to manufacture high-quality dental instruments, while monitoring product quality, maintaining documentation and lean practices, troubleshooting minor issues, and following safety and work-instruction requirements. The role requires manufacturing experience, the ability to interpret written instructions and use measuring instruments, and strong communication skills; one or more years of machine-operating experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 2:45 p.m. to 1:15 a.m., with a $1 shift differential.
