Description
KIK is hiring a Machine Operator I for the 2nd Shift at its Mars, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. The role operates and monitors high-speed filling and packaging equipment, including fillers, case packers, cappers, sealers, palletizers, and labelers; performs start-up, shutdown, speed adjustments, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and production records; and coordinates with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, reliable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a noisy environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:45 p.m. to 2:45 a.m. EST, with overtime as needed, and pays $20.60 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.
