Description
KIK is hiring a Machine Operator for its second shift, working 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday with weekends as needed. The role operates and monitors high-speed filling and packaging equipment, including fillers, case packers, cappers, sealers, palletizers, and labelers; performs start-up, shutdown, speed adjustments, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and production records; and coordinates with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, reliable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a noisy environment. The base hourly rate is $18.54 plus a $1.00 shift differential.
