Description
Rittal LLC is hiring a Machine Operator for its 2nd shift in Urbana, Ohio. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery to produce sheet metal and enclosure components, following production schedules, inspecting parts, performing basic machine maintenance, completing documentation, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The position requires prior manufacturing machinery experience, physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to follow instructions and use measurement tools. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, while experience with brake presses, CNC, or other metal fabrication equipment is a plus.
