Description
Transcendia is hiring a Film Slitting Operator for its Greenville plant. The role operates and monitors film slitting machines, starts and completes production sets, labels rolls, enters production data into AS400, adjusts machines, inspects film for defects, reviews packing specifications, and transports materials and finished products. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of operator experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, slitting experience preferred, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems. Training is provided on the 1st shift, while the 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
