Description
The Machine Operator will work under a Shift Supervisor to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on paper plate forming presses and associated packaging lines. The role includes inspecting and adjusting products, supplying raw materials, monitoring quality, communicating with packers, loading paperboard rolls, documenting production losses, and maintaining clean and lubricated equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related manufacturing experience or training, mechanical and basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding production environment.
