Description
The Production Operator will support the startup and implementation of the Lincolnton, North Carolina production facility, operate and maintain multiple machines, conduct changeovers and 5S, troubleshoot equipment, train and monitor new associates, and meet daily production targets. The role requires 3 to 5 years of brazing or similar process experience, a high school diploma or GED, computer and math skills, physical ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility for different shifts and overtime. Extended overseas travel for training is also required.
